Printing Policies & Important Information

Please read our printing policies below carefully before placing an order.


 

MINIMUMS

Our minimum is 24 pieces per graphic /per style/ per color.  Sample pricing is available upon request.


PAYMENT

Complete payment must be made prior to starting any production , that includes, mock ups, sizing approval, artwork re-creation, ordering apparel, etc.. We will not begin an order without full payment. *Note: Turnaround time starts after payment has been made.


APPROVALS

Once the design has been approved via digital mock-up you are assuring us that everything looks good on your print. We are not responsible for any designs printed incorrectly if mockup was approved as is. Please review your mock-up carefully before approving. Mock ups will be sent via email 1-3 business days after order has been placed. Mock ups are just demonstrate proper, sizing, placement and color proximity. * Note: If your order has multiple fabric color ways your design will only be mocked up in one color way of your choice. All other requests are subject to our graphic design fee of $40 per hour.


IMAGE SIZES

All shirts sizes in an order will be printed with the same size graphic. The graphic is sized to your smallest size shirt. A different graphic size will be considered as a new order and minimum piece amount is required.


UNDER RUNS/ SPOILAGE

Due to the nature of screen printing, Indigo Prints will not be responsible for up to 5% on jobs of 100 shirts per design and up to 10% on jobs of less than 100 pcs . Please keep this in mind when ordering (it is never a bad idea to order extras). We always do our best to get you what you ordered, if we exceed our damage allowance we will refund you the cost of any items shorted from your order but will not process a reprint for less than 10% of your order (or 10 shirts minimum.)

CLAIMS & MISSING ITEMS

We try to ensure that every order that leaves our facility is correct. All of our customers are valued customers, regardless of size. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of date of delivery. If Indigo Prints is responsible for any errors in your order, we will gladly accept responsibility for the issues and will reprint the shirts printed in error. We do not offer refunds, but will gladly reprint any production errors that exceed the spoilage rate. We will require that you ship the misprinted shirts back to our shop (we will provide you with a UPS label and will cover shipping costs). Indigo Prints will not be responsible for any shirts sold or given away prior to returning the order.


WASHING ENDURANCE

All techniques vary in washing endurance, please follow the care label instructions attached to the garment. Garments with any decoration applied, wash inside out. *Note: Please note that water base and discharge printing will fade after washing.

CANCELLATIONS & RESTOCKING FEES

After payment has been made, there will be no changes to your order, if it includes changing sizes, style or color of apparel. Changes can made in the artwork, if the art approval has not yet been approved. Additional fees may apply to any changes made. A restocking fee will be charged if customer chooses to cancel the order after payment is made. Re-stocking fee varies depending on the order. It ranges from 25-35% .


LABELS & TAG REMOVALS (TEARAWAYS)

Printed labels are an additional set-up, screen and print price. If you would like printed labels let us know. We do not remove the existing label unless is a tear away and customer has indicated to remove tear away label. Unfortunately we do not sewn in labels.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

Indigo prints is not liable for manufacturer's defects, including but not limited to: sewing inconsistency, color variation between garments, manufacture label inconsistency etc. We do our best to provide you with the best quality styles, if we catch something that does not look right we will contact our vendor to come up with a solution. If a we cannot find a solution we will contact you and advise you to go with a different brand or style. Indigo Prints is not responsible for styles that are out of stock. Your apparel order is placed after you place your order with us therefore we cannot guarantee their availability since stock fluctuates hourly.

SPECIAL TREATMENTS

Indigo Prints is not responsible for inconsistencies due to manufacture treatments to the garments, such as special washes and dyes.

DISCHARGE INCONSISTENCIES

Due to the nature of discharge printing, discharge will not look exactly the same in every print. Some fabrics could discharge differently than others. We are not responsible for any discharge inconsistencies due to the fabric.

SATISFACTION CLAUSE

Indigo Prints will not be responsible for your satisfaction with the garments printed on or the printed artwork. We are always available to counsel any customer to ensure you pick a garment that matches your needs but we also need you to do your due diligence on the garment choice. If you are unsure of what garment to select, we can gladly order a number of blank samples for you to choose from. The samples will be billed at a per piece rate and shipped without printing. Blank samples will not credit to the cost of your order.
